Refund policy

Welcome to Queen Custom Claws.

Clients who purchase from me agree to be added to my email list to receive important order and shop information. When purchasing, clients check off they have read and agree with store policies & item discription, including but not limited to shape, sizing, shipping, processing, and item description.  You are welcome to unsubscribe from email at anytime, however this may affect your receipt of important order/account info and emails. 

Processing times

I take great care in designing & creating your set by hand. While your set may take only a few hours to make, I have several orders in process. Your set will be created in the order it was received, and can usually take 3-4 weeks before shipping. Processing can vary and take longer than expected in times of high volume. I have rush options available for purchase if you need your order processed quicker. Rush is offered in a limited quantity, and may not always be available.

Sizing

I understand the importance of getting the perfect fit for your nail products. To ensure a satisfactory experience, I have established a sizing policy that outlines the responsibility of the client in determining their correct size match. Please read  guidelines as outlined in SIZING carefully. Default Size: In cases where a specific size has not been selected, the default size for the selected product will be a standard medium. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the default size aligns with their requirements.

Disclaimer

I do my best editing photos to reflect what your nails will look like. Though, please understand screens and lighting can affect to the way you see the colors pictured...so ACTUAL COLORS MAY VARY. All items are hand crafted, and as such may have slight variations. Designs are subject to change based on availability of supplies including, but not limited to, polish colors, gems, and accents. Proper care should be taken when applying and wearing nails.  Understand it is normal to pop gems, or accents.  Read FAQ and packing slip for more info.

**Shape/sizes are not all universal.  Our size chart is a general guideline - though long stiletto and long coffin may fit slightly more narrow as a result of their shape.  Ensure fit before placing your order; we offer many ways to get your perfect size.  "Dime" sizing is not a guaranteed sizing method and therefore is offered as a courtesy to clients who request, but fit kit sizing is the best most accurate way of sizing.  Misfits can not be exchanged/refunded. Misfits can be reordered at client cost. Pricing varies per style.

All products are custom made to order for personal care and cannot hygienically be reused, so unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  
Please do not send your purchase back to Queen Custom Claws, they will not be returned and must be destroyed.

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer returns or refunds.

Cancelations will be reviewed on a case by case situation- though generally speaking, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancelations.

Occasionally, an order is unable to be processed, or needs to be cancelled at the discretion of Queen Custom Claws.  I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Refunds will be charged a processing/cancelation fee of $15 plus transaction fees incurred.

If you are approved, then your refund (less a processing fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Returned/refused packages (due to incorrect address info or taxes owed) will be reshipped at the buyers expense. I can only hold packages for 30 days awaiting reship payment, after that, your order will be closed. Returned/refused packages are not eligible for refund. See refund policy.  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale, Custom, and Rush Order items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and Rush items can not be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow the stated number of days for delivery, after production time. Verify with USPS projected delivery prior to completing purchase transaction.

When your order is preparing to ship, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.  International taxes, customs, and other fees associated with the order, and value of items are the client's responsibility. Please inquire locally with your territories' laws/fees associated with receiving international packages.

Orders will ship to the address on file. For security reasons I do not change addresses once a sale has been verified and approved via bank card services. Please visit your local USPS office to request an address forwarding if necessary. If your order has not yet shipped, and you wish to change the delivery address- you will need to: change address on file, re-purchase with new address, and request a cancelation. Cancelations are approved case by case, and only after a re-order is placed & bank approved with the new address. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure an accurate, current, and safe delivery address.

**All First Class packages are tracked, however ONLY PRIORITY PACKAGES ARE INSURED up to $100. Item shipped with free shipping are shipped via first class, clients should purchase upgrade for priority to insure packages if insured. Very rarely does USPS lose or damage packages, but it is recommended that you purchase Priority shipping to insure your items, with the additional perk of expedited shipping. Once packages are dropped at Post Office, they are tracked but out of my hands...for this reason I cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen parcels. I WILL do my best to assist you in locating mis-delivered items but cannot guarantee replacement unless items are shipped via Priority and insured to their full value. It is the buyers responsibility to contact their local post office for assistance in locating package.  All tracking is provided by store email.
